This is an exercise class designed specifically for runners, to improve performance, posture and reduce injury risk.
The programme is made up of exercises designed to help the body to move efficiently when running, and are a mix of core exercises, strength work, balance training, flexibility and technical drills to improve running form.
Classes are designed and taught by our team of Chartered Physiotherapists, who have a strong background of working with athletes ranging from starters to elite level. This class is suitable for all levels, as numbers are limited to allow greater individual attention and care.
Run Strong classes are currently taking place on Mondays at 7pm.
