Did you know?
One of the most common type of headache is the tension or cervicogenic (meaning coming from your neck) headache.
Pain can be at the back of the head, ear or even behind your eye, and is often accompanied by neck or back of skull tension or stiffness.
This type of headache is often caused by abnormal posture and an increase in stress.
Adopting better working postures (see image) is one of the most important things you can do to reduce your risk of developing cervical headaches.
Make sure you have good pillow support at night.
And move your neck and shoulders regularly if you sit all day.
